The NAEW&C Programme Management Organization Board of Directors (NAPMO BOD) has authority over the management and governance of the Programme, particularly in the technical, initial support,
financial and contractual areas. The BOD consists of one member from each participating Nation and supported thru an Executive Secretariat.
The BOD meets as a minimum of twice per year to review the Programme, address major issues, and to provide policy guidance and strategic direction. It is supported by two committees the
Operations, Plans, and Logistics (OPL) Committee and the Policy and Finance (PF) Committee, whose composition is similar to that of the BOD.
Both Committees meet a few weeks prior to each BOD meeting to review issues and provide recommendations within their respective sphere of expertise.

Operations, Plans, and Logistics Committee
In its role as an advisory body of national experts, the Operations, Plans and Logistics (OPL) Committee considers and makes recommendations to the BOD in the areas of operations, interoperability,
technical, logistics, sustainment, configuration, requirement and Industrial Benefits.

Policy and Finance Committee
In its role as a body of national experts, the Policy and Finance (PF) Committee considers and makes recommendations to the BOD in the areas of legal, financial, contractual aspects,
Industrial Participation and strategic planning. It also advises on administration matters pertaining to the operations of the Agency including corporate governance, budget and financial procedures,
acquisition strategies, international agreements.

Executive Secretariat
The NAPMO Executive Secretariat (ES) is responsible to the Chairman and the NAPMO Board of Directors to oversee the activities related to supporting the NAPMO Nations; specifically, 100+ members
and representatives of the NAPMO Nations assigned to the Board of Directors and the two Committees. Additionally, the Executive Secretariat provides advice and counsel to the NAEW&C Force Commander
and Headquarters staff as well the NAPMA General Manager and Agency staff on NAPMO-related matters.
