NAPMA is manned by 119 seconded military officers and civilian personnel drawn from all of the Nations participating in the Programme. While most are located in Brunssum, the Netherlands, a small number perform their duties at the NATO Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium; at the Supreme Headquarters of Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) in Mons, Belgium; in Manching, Germany; and in Boston, the United States of America.
